35 Engineer Regiment is a regiment in the British Army’s Corps of Royal Engineers. 35 Engineer Regiment is based at Barker Barracks in Paderborn, Germany, and is part of Force Troops Command (FTC) supporting 20 Armoured Infantry Brigade. The Regiment comprises 4 Squadrons: 29 Armoured Engineer Squadron, 37 Armoured Engineer Squadron, 77 Armoured Engineer Squadron, 44 Headquarters and Support Squadron, and a REME Light Aid Detachment (LAD). Each Armoured Engineer Squadron provides close engineer support to the battlegroups within 20 Armoured Infantry Brigade, predominantly with the TITAN bridge layer, the TROJAN armoured engineer vehicle, and combat engineer sections.
