BLM Protest Reaches New Level of Civil Disorder in the USA

US President Donald Trump tweeted late Wednesday that “Domestic terrorists have taken over Seattle” as pictures emerge of armed black men guarding road blocks around Seattle’s Capitol Hill.

Signs on the barricades read “You are now leaving the USA” and “You are entering free Capitol Hill”. As well as setting up armed checkpoints, protestors have been accused of demanding entrance fees and protection money from businesses inside the occupied zone.

Police evacuated their East Precinct station Monday after receiving threats that it would be attacked and burned to the ground. There is now no police presence within the six blocks of the BLM occupied zone.

Insurrection, n., the act or an instance of open revolt against civil authority or a constituted government.

BLM protestors were seen heavily armed with assault rifles and handguns, and wearing tactical vests. One photograph showed the insurgents giving gang signs.

A tweet from Seattle Police Department Monday showed officers coming under repeated attack from BLM protestors.

The Seattle Police Department has published a record of their response to the ongoing violent BLM demonstrations at

Terrorist Warlord

Rapper Raz Simone has denied being in control of the BLM occupied zone. “I’m not a terrorist warlord,” he tweeted. Tweets show that he was involved in organising the occupation: “Come out now & hold it down. We’ll be here as long as it takes so bring a tent and a blanket.” Video has also emerged of Simone involved in a confrontation with an individual within the occupied zone, during which someone is heard to shout “we are the police now.”

Seattle City Councillor Kshama Sawant is reported to have unlocked Seattle City Hall to allow BLM protestors in to occupy the building.

Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan is under pressure from both side: the President is demanding swift action against the insurgents; the insurgents are demanding her removal.

Durkan and Police Chief Carmen Best had earlier issued an apology to BLM protestors over the heavy-handed tactics of officers and banned the use of tear gas for at least 30 days from Friday.

The Mayor’s office said in a statement that the city is “facing its most challenging time in its history.” In 1940, Seattle was 96% white. It now has a white majority of only 69.5%.

In response to the Seattle uprising, the Sergeants Benevolent Association, comprised of approx 13,000 active and retired sergeants of the New York Police Department, tweeted “America is on the verge of revolution. Wake up.”
