Saber Strike is an annual international military exercise organised by the United States Army Europe (USAREUR). Held since 2010, Saber Strike focuses on the Baltic States, spanning locations across Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland. It regularly involves Enhanced Forward Presence Battlegroups, Multi-National Corps – Northeast, Multi-National Division – Northeast, NATO Force Integration Units and US rotational forces. Up to 14 countries can be involved. Its purpose is to provide “a real operational capability for deterrence.”
