#Trump to Spend More on US Military #trumpaddress
US President Donald Trump announced “historic” increase in defence spending ahead of his first address to the US Congress.
Trump plans to spend $54 billion more on the US military by increasing the military budget and cutting non-military spending. The planned increase will be over US inflation and non-military spending on areas such as foreign aid would be cut.
During the address, Trump reaffirmed his commitment to the military:
None are greater or braver than those who fight for America in uniform.
